The castle of Santa Bárbara has a magnificent ceramic magnificent display of ceramics in the exhibition ‘Ceramics and Art. The art of small things things’, located in the Governor’s House. Ceramics is fundamental to understand the culture of culture of societies through time. It everyday life: food, technology, customs, myths, aesthetics… technology, customs, myths, aesthetics? The cultural richness of the Middle Ages was reflected in the production of ceramics.
In this didactic workshop, pupils will decorate tiles with different decorative motifs, imitating some of the techniques of this period.
